Instructions
MODE-1:
"Refill Injector":
Refillable 84 oz injection cylinder is fed by
self-priming diaphram pump. Fill-time
= 15 seconds (approx).
MODE-2:
"Service Liquid": Dispense measured
amounts of liquid into pressurized or
non-pressurized vessels. Dispensing time = 19
seconds (approx).
MODE-3:
"Inflation/Pressurization": Referred
to as the gas or air-only mode. It is used to
flush, pressurize, or inflate to serve a variety
of service needs.
MODE-4:
"Bulk Transfer": Drum-to-drum
transfers are a snap.
MODE-5:
"Moisture Purge": An optional mode.
The purpose is to protect liquids which attract
moisture (hygroscopic liquids), by injecting
nitrogen at 1-2 psi, to blanket the liquid
against contact with air. As the liquid level
falls inside the drum during use, air is drawn
in; but, our moisture purge kit can eliminate
the problem by displacing the air. To eliminate
air is to remove the moisture which it contains.
